Somehow, somewhere down the line the creative thinking got lost in the age of mass production. The user needs were generalised and the same product was made exactly the same for millions of people. This philosophy also was adopted by the service industry. Services were planned and rendered and the user had no choice. Today design and design thinking is transforming the world. From the industrial age we have come down to experience age.
